Grab some snacks, a bottle of water and perhaps even a couple of beers and jump on our boat, because you're about to venture off into the first national marine park of Panama.

Cayo Zapatilla are two islands taken straight from a postcard and put of the coast of Isla Bastimentos, Bocas del Toro. It is part of the Isla Bastimentos National Marine Park, which was established in 1988 as the first national marine park of Panama.

All day you join our local guide who will take you snorkeling at Cayo Coral, a shallow, beautiful stretch of coral. The snorkeling is accessible for everyone from young to old, fit and the lesser fit amongst us.

After the snorkel session, you make your way to Cayo Zapatilla where paradise awaits you. Ones you and your new friends arrive on Zapatilla, you have about 3 hours to explore and enjoy this beauitful piece of Paradise. Zapatilla has a trail, which goes through jungle to the other side of the island and back. The island is filled with coconut trees, so find yourself a good coconut and hand it over to your guide, He will know what to do with it.

Jump back on the boat, because we are heading to Sloth Island. As the name implies, its an island filled with sloth! Who spots the sloth first?

The best way to end a perfect day is with a cocktail at Blue Coconut, a bar/restaurant located over the water. You can even go for a final snorkel session.

If, due to bad weather, the tour will be canceled, you have the option to switch to the hiking tour.
